Please click on the AGM Package link below to download the package, which includes the Agenda, Notice of Bylaw Changes, the Minutes from last year's AGM and Annual Reports from the SCAA's President, Staff and Committees. It can also be downloaded and reviewed, along with AGM packages from previous years on our website: https://www.scaa.sk.ca/members-section/agms/.
We are requesting that you kindly RSVP your attendance by contacting contact the SCAA office, scaa@sasktel.net. Please provide the name/s of any additional attendee/s, as well as the name of the institution or organization you are representing. This Is to ensure that the membership is in good standing for voting privileges.
Registration is also required to have the instructions for accessing the Zoom meeting distributed.
For those who do not have experience with Zoom here is a YouTube video giving some handy tips: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9isp3qPeQ0E
At the end of our AGM you will have an opportunity to talk about what has been happening in your institution with other archives across the province. You can give a short presentation or just talk about what is going on. It’s a great opportunity to describe projects you have been working on, changes in your institution, reopening plans, or just how Covid-19 or other issues have affected you and your organization over this past year or the coming year. Talks should be no more than 10 minutes. Please contact Cameron Hart at scaa.advisor@sasktel.net.
