Scope and contentThe old McKay School at La Ronge, Saskatchewan. On the back of the photo is written "First Residential School built at Lac la Ronge by the Venerable Archdeacon Mackay and the late James Brown a native Cerlguyman, who was the first Principal of the School. This School was burned in January 1920."
